Exterior walls of the buildings rendered in Plaster with texture and or acrylic emulsion paint or equivalent. Internal walls in luster paint with standard colour scheme.
DOORS:
Main doors of Teakwood – Toilet flush doors solid core Veneer outside and laminate inside for water protection. All Internal doors – flush doors with superior quality hardware like Kochi/Godrej or equivalent.
WINDOWS:
Aluminium openable/sliding windows specialized (powder coating/anodized) with glazed panels of plain glass. Mosquito netting will be provided.
KITCHEN:
Designer modular kitchen. Granite cooking platform with stainless steel sink and hot / cold water mixer. Modular Kitchen cabinets, gas cooking hob with electrical chimney, fridge, electrical oven, microwave, Aquaguard, and Instant geyser.
